need help with Apex'i exhaust

I recently installed my Apex'i exhaust and it didn't have a hole for my O2 sensor, so i'm considering putting in a 95-96 cat and just bolt in to the provided O2 opening.
My question is, would the 95-96 cat bolt right in to my 98 Maxima?

basically, yes, it will be a little short, and the issue with the O2 sensor, but that is about it

Thanks guy but i decided to do it the easier way, i went ahead and weld in a 18M with a thread pitch of 1.5mm nut on my exhaust pipe. Had a friend of mine weld it in.
