The WEEEE sound FIXED!!!

As some of you know, I was crying about that weeeeeing sound coming from my engine. I found out that it was the alternator!
They had a recall so I changed it. Car feels more powerful and very quiet! Just wanted to share since I know other people were having the same problems

At least it didn't go weeeeeeee... WOOOSH and your engine caught on fire. Yay recall

Where's Sprinty and that link? And those pics of his car and Supermachoman's car? Sexima now that I think about it, most alternators do make a high-pitched whee sound when they go bad.

was that with the a/c on at like 3000 rpm? or, was it just around 3000 rpm? thanks

razer, I suggest you call your local dealer and ask them if your car has a recall.

mine made that noise when i started the car.
