If your leaking water chances are it's not the gasket. The roof is supposed to leak water, it's not a perfect seal. There is a ledge that the water is collected in and 4 drain tubes that route it out.
If your leaking water inside your car, you have clogged drain tubes. Open your roof and look in the corners, you'll see the drain holes. Use compressed air to blow them out or a piece of wire to fish them clean.
Your leak will stop.

That's bull! You can order every part for your Max for a price. [Check it out I tried every Nissan dealer and there is no part # for just the gasket
