Sounds like you replaced the key components, thats a good thing! The only thing you need to worry about is if the upper spring perch is positioned correctly. If it's not, your spring isn't going to sit straight in it's perch and you'll constantly have coils rubbing against each other. (BAD)

Give it some time and see if things quiet down. You can pull the strut assembly out of the car with out a compressor just to verify the position of the upper perch. If it's not lined up correctly, you can take the strut apart as well with out a spring compressor.

H&R's are very easy to work with!
