Running on bad spark plugs kill engine?

i KNOW i have bad spark plugs cause i got a misfire code on cylinder 3 and my power has decreased tremendously as days go by. Thank god for y-pipe and CAI or I would feel really slow but i will hoopefully get my new plugs and filter tomorrow. Just wanted to know if this horrible driving wit the plugs has hurt my engine or did it just make me look like a honda....
