What all is needed to clear out the tail lights?

you cant do it to the 95/96 tail lamps. what you can do though is buy the clear tails and paint them red.

How much would i pay to buy clear tail lights and paint the red? and where could i get the stuff to do it?

I think courtesy has red nad clear for 97 and up, I could be wrong, some one please let me know.
