sunroof problem

sunroof problem
sunroof is leaking.
One side is sitting higher than the other...can this cause water to get in.
Is there a shim kit to even out the sides???
the gasket looks fine.
already tried to unplug the drainholes..nothing in there
so would it be the height then of the roof?
