power window problem

power window problem
I have a 95 SE. The power window in the right front stopped operating. Upon investigation, I discovered a rubber 'gear'bushing which has separated, center from outer portion. This gear/bushing is black rubber and is the coupling between the window motor shaft and the wheel which the window drive cable is rapped around.
Just wondering if I can buy just the gear/bushing part or would I need to buy the whole motor assembly and where would I purchase these parts ?
Thanks for your help, b4b

After doing a search before my original window posting, I did a search and there are a couple of suggestions....
- lubricate the window track/seal on the inside of the window opening in which the window rides. This is very easy. No disassembly required. Use lithium grease ? Check that with somebody who knows more than me. This might solve that problem with very little effort.
- If the window is still slow, check the track guide (this is not the official name) in which the window bracket rides in. You will have to remove the door panel. Some effort but the Max door panels come off pretty easy. Clean and lubricate.

Also, what you could do is take the whole window out of the door. It's only held onto a bracket with two bolts. Be VERY careful you don't break the glass. Then you can ALIGN and LUBRICATE the rubber molding where the window glides on. Sometimes, after many times of use, the window channel (the black molding strip) will work its way out of alignment, causing the glass to "ride" prematurely. For lubrication, use small amounts of lithium grease on the inside of the track. If you put too much on, then the grease will show up on your window each time you raise and lower the window. This worked for me like a charm, when I was experiencing these same type of problems.

I'm having the same driver's side window problem. I read, in other posts, that lubricating the window seal (along the top of the door panel) with a "dry silicone" - so as not to smear the window - should solve the problem. Looked high and low for "dry silicone" and could only find STP Silicone Spray that is supposed to dry fast. Will try it as soon as the rain stops.

I shouldn't have said track...I should have repeated my previous post. I'm not referring to window track or weatherstrip or brackets. Rather, I'm referring to the seal that prevents [some] water and other debris from getting down into the door panel. This has been the source of several posts discussing slow and squeaking windows.
