Front End Mod?

I was wondering if i could get your guys opinion on cutting out the center "bar" the splits the front and lower valance areas on the max. I was looking thru Maximadriver.com's feature max's and i saw the fully custom max and his was removed, giving kind of a "Big Mouth" feature to it. I figure it is something different than what is out there and might be something that would look good. Brian

I'm not sure if anyone has attempted or completed this mod... but it's quite possible. Just have your alternate grill placed on top to hide whatever marks are left by the cuts.

IT'S DONE

Thanks Clee for the pic that is what my max looks like now Mine is also White. I just finished the change it looks pretty good i have to say, It will look much better once i get the "Home Depot grill" When i was grinding the pieces off i did make a few little over grinds so to speak but it should be covered up once i get the grill on what a pain the A$$ I had to take my complete front bumper off. Brought it downstairs in my house and started grinding away not nearly as easy as i thought it would be. But i had it all taken apart so i decided to go for it anyway. started at 9:30 and finshed putting all the tools away at around midnight. Shes good to go. Thanks guys, Brian

Weapon R if I recall correctly. It wasn't a big name brand coilover.

His car was low!
