I'm not a big fan of Altezza but....

.... was doing my normal ebay search on Maxima and came across these Gen 2 Carbon look Ricetezza it might actually be decent for a black Max.
Carbon Gen 2 Ricetezza

Tifosi
p.s. Don't flame me for posting another Ricetezza thread, but at least good to know someone is coming up with varieties of an aftermarket part for Max.

Those would look good on a black max. To bad they don't make them for a 95-96. Those look like much better quality than the altezza's made by TYC(I think thats the name). At least they don't have that ugly gray/silver around the edges.

Hmm I like them a lot, looks like they would give a new unique look. Plus they don't seem to be as flashy as those Chrome standard altezzas, but I can't say for sure until I see them on a Maxima.

Damm...after seeing those pics, I think I'm going to switch out my red/clears for the gen-2 carbon fibers and put them on my Pearl White Max!! They really look nothing like the ugly altezzas you see on civics, accords, eclipses...

Photochop & see, Sil? I don't know, I'm tempted to buy them and try them just to see.... If not, sell them.

Why THank you metallic97gxe...

anybody see these on a black Max yet>? A drawback I see with these is the cool Led's, when one goes out it will look stupid. I wonder how easy they would be to replace. Other than that sharp stuff..

I just simply find it funny that 90% of the org member calls the original Altezzas rice and about 80% mbr still called Gen II rice.... but so far these Gen II carbon fiber Altezzas are getting pretty good responses.

Man thats funny, I actually ordered these for my black 99se last night and was going to pst something about them because they are pretty damn cool. I'll take some pix when i get em on if you don't find any till then. Hehe..weird. I think they Looks alot better than the ones on custome maxima, because they have black edging, where as the one on custommaxima all seem to be aluminum or chromey looken.

I agree. Wish these would've come out a couple of months ago when I got my Chrome Gen II ALtezza.

Those look good dashingmax. Do you have any more pics of them...any pics of both sides of the tail light?

I'm still trying to decide between carbon fiber or gunmetal...what do you think for a white max?

I was wondering if anyone could photochop these carbon fiber lights to the tail of a sterling mist max for me and silse, among others, silse says it won't match, but i'm thinking it will look good on a sterling mist, can any of you photochop experts help out? thanks!

I'd say go with Carbon Fiber.
Gunmetal may look a little "off" IMHO.
Here's another pic of my Max. These LED lights are just incredibly AMMAAZZINGG!
To be honest with you, this is the ONLY modification approved by my parents
They have dissapproved everything else, EVEN painting the mud guards body color

why would you buy two of the same exact car? not that it doesn't look hot or anything, I just don't see the reasoning behind it.

hmmmm....
Lets say you went to Burger King and tried the bacon cheeseburger off the 99c menu...
It tastes great. Its cheap. Its good for you (stretching it, I know).

Now, would you....

A. Buy another one.
B. Go to KFC and get popcorn chicken.

This is probably a bad example because popcorn chicken's pretty damn good too, but you get the point.

Might i suggest a wedding anniversary present of some Clear corners for your wife, the front and rear orange pieces on a white Max magnify the nastiness of the orange...

On a second note, those altezzas do look pretty good... The only rant i have about them is are they good quality? and the sidemarker looks kind of odd... I wish they would've just put a tiny hole for the 194 to go through rather than making the whole thing red...

The way i see it is an oppurtunity to have a different car every once in a while. I mean if u have 2 of the same car you would never want to drive one of the 2.

Gen 2 or gen 5 ,i dont care, this picture sums it all up for me.
