Are 97 fogs clearer than 95s?

Are 97 fogs clearer than 95s?
Well? Are they as clear as the 97+ headlights?

I'm too lazy too search

nah they are not. The lens is more like the corner lens' of the 97+ ones. The 95-96 fogs look like the headlights.
