Checked ECU.........

I turned the screw and the check engine light came on.....and nothing. It came on, but it didn't blink and I didn't hear any beeps. I turned it back and it went off. Then I turned it back and the light went on again. Again no blinking of the light and no beeps. It just comes on. Is this a sign that all is good and I have no problem's?

signals you dont know what your doing

turn the car to start, but dont crank it ....all your dash lights should be on (seatbelt, airbags, cel, etc.)....now, turn the screw all the way to the right to the stop, then a second after, turn it back all the way to the right ....it should start blinking....it wont make any noise, so dont listen for beeps....if you miss it, itll always repeat itself.....if everything is ok, itll give 05 05....and sometimes youll have multiple codes, so dont go crazy like i did, when i thought i kept seeing 2 different codes.....i was

My best time was 17.053 but it did not include the other stats. The machine must have been acting funny.

ok maybe your reaction time could use a little work ...? maybe at that track, they tack on R/T to the actaul time...that would be one good reason....also your 60' ft isnt too good....im guessing your auto...you wanna shoot for something under 2.5

Nope, reaction time does not matter. I pretty much brake torque with no tire chirp. I'm thinking it could be my dirty air filter. If its not, then I'm really confused. Oh, yes I'm auto.....
