Lowering Problems

Today I took a random look under my car and saw that my cat was kind of low to the ground. I've been on Eibachs for about 6months now ,and want to drop my car lower on Sprints or coilovers, but it looks like if I drop it an inch lower its over. Has anyone had any problems bottoming out or ground clearence on Sprints or Coils?

Yes, you will scrap a lot. If you have a lip spoiler it will need to be repainted often. If you have SFCs, they'll scrap all the time, same with your mud flaps. I had Intrax and got rid of them because I scraped and bottomed out so often at job sites. I've watched a friend with a Maxima on Sprints and SFCs scrap the underbody while pulling into the garage at the dyno shop. The floor looked nearly flat too.

So would it be a good idea to lower anymore because I don't like the Eibach drop anymore, looks stock. I was thinkning about coil-overs. How do people drop thier cars 2.5 or more inches without any problwems?

not shure if you mean cat but the b-pipe resonator is like the lowest part from the ground. I scrape that thing alot and want to get rid of my resonator but Im just worried that it will be too loud.
