to all 96 max with rear 02 code pls read

i toke my car to ispection and fail,it said 02 sensor+evap+ catalyst not ready,so i called nissan and see if they had an 02 recall on my car. They checks and give me an appointment to bring the car in for the Voluntary Service Campaign, campaign # P8132,P8152.The campagn included replacing all 3 02(not 1)and install a new evaporator water seperator kits, all of that cause about $800.00 for nissan and for $0 for me,god i love nissan, they even tell me how to fix the evap code that i got from the inspection,it was a bypass valve,so i went to salvage yard and get the bypass valve and evap vent control for $30.00.Fix it and pass the inspection,so next time before you go out and buy the 02 call nissan first to see if you qualify for the campaign, and now my car is pulling a little harder, god i can't wait til the frankercar intake to come in

Do you think this would qualify for a 95 too, my car just threw the rear O2 sensor code and that would be great if Nissan would replace mine. Thanks.

to all 96 max with rear 02 code pls read

well i used to own a 96se that was totaled, but while i still got the car back then, the 02 when out at about 38k,so i replace mine,it cause me about $150.00 back then. After a few weeks later my friend's mom got a recall for the rear 02 sensor, then he told me about it,but i never got the recall from nissan, maybe because their computer show i replaced mine already, anyway that is how i know they got a recall for some 96,maybe not all.On the campaign they said about 150,000 car probably affected,so this campaign is for the 96 only i think.Because it is the first batch of the OBD2,so i don't think the 95 would qualify because it is OBD1,i hope this will help some of you 96 out there, you can call your nissan dealer and give them your vin# and find out,it wouldn't cause anything to ask and why not,you may be the lucky one like i'm,

My rear o2 went in 98, at 25,000 and now in 2002 at 90,000, but they said they wont fix this one which is crap. Thats only 70,000 miles!!!! Its not may fault they make crappy stuff. What a crock man.
