How many Quarts? Help

I have looked all over this site to find out how many Quarts of Oil my 99 SE takes
I do not have the owner’s manual so I have no clue. I realize I can just check it but would
Like to have an idea before I go bye the oil. Also it looks like from using the SEARCH feature that the way to go is Mobile 1 Oil and Either Ac Delco or Mobile 1 Filter.
Any one know?
Thanks

It's for a 98, not a 99, but the engine is the same for both years. You can probably come across an owner's manual for a 99 if you wait long enough.

My 95 is 4 & 5/8 w/ filter change and 4.5 w/o filter change. 99 should be the same.

I work at a Nissan dealer and looked it up on a spec sheet. With the filter it says 4&1/4 quarts of oil. Hope this solves your dilemma.

It's in the owner's manual and the factory service manual.

With filter change, 4 and 1/4 qt.

Without filter change, 4 qt.

I hate having opened bottle sitting around, so I just put in 4 qts even with a filter change. The dip stick still reads full.
