HELP, how many quarts?

I changed my oil yesterday and I put in 4 quarts of 10w30, then someone said it looked low and I put in another 1/2 quart of 5w30 is this okay and is 4 1/2 quarts too much?

Adding a half quart of 5w30 to 4 quarts of 10w30 shouldn't be a problem. And 4.5 quarts total is just fine.
