Dents - plunger, dent wizard
I have a dented front door and need opinions on 2 inexpensive fixes (I think) -
1. A plunger-like thingy that's sold in Pep Boys - it has a handle on 1 side, and you plunge out the dent by pulling the handle
2. Anyone have experience with the "Dent Wizard", guy that goes in his truck to car dealers to fix dents in their used cars. I live in NJ, not sure if they are anywhere else though.

What about the plunger? Can you just pull the dent out with that giant suction cup with a handle on 1 side?

i went to dent wizard in north jersey many years ago (when i had a Ford explorer) they took out a dent on my drivers door which was about 2" in diameter and near the edge of the door. the guy said it was to close to the edge of the door and he couldn't do it. i asked him to please try it as i had nothing to lose. the truck was brand new, only a few weeks old.
he did it and it came out incredible. the normal price was $75 at the time (1994?) but he charged me $150 which i was more than happy to pay.
I was extremely satisfied and a very happy customer. I would definately recommend it.
