Performance Issue? Please help!

Hi everyone. I have an important question.
I have recently bought a 95 Max Se. The car was bought in Florida. It then wen to California where it had to pass the state inspection. I have this car in Philadelphia PA. I know the laws in CA are alot stricter than in PA. The question is what if anything had to be changed on the car and how does it affect it? Also about the temperature differences. It is now cold in PA and in CA in never gets this cold. Should I worry about anything.
