Q about Manual Tranny - Fluid Filling

I looked at the vbxmaxima website pretty closely but am still trying to figure out a couple details.

Q1. Can anyone provide me some idea of where the drain bolt and fill hole are relative to one another using the 2 pics below?

Q2. How would someone go about "aiming" the end of the funnel pipe into the fill hole? [Ref. Pic Below]

Any insights would be greatly appreciated! I'm loading up with Redline MT-90 tomorrow! Hoping to get some nice fluid in my tranny on Sat!

drain bolt is near where the shift linkage goes across which makes it ahrder to remove since its somewhat in the way. MAKE SHURE you are able to remove the screw to fill the fluid before you drain it or else your screwed if its stuck. when they say they are aiming it they are using a a funnel with a tube at the end that is going into the filling hole. fill it up till it cant hold no more.

Drain hole, look at the bottom side of the tranny, it is on the passenger side, under that bracket you see there. Its a 12 mm bolt.

The fill hole is towards the front of the car, open it with a 1/2" drive ratchet.

Q1: Follow the shift linkage from the shifter to the tranny. You should see the plug (small bolt in the most awkward of places).

Q2: Just get a funnel with a tube, and shove it in there.

If you can't get the drain plug off, just remove the gear select sensor (the big black rubber thing on the driver's side of the tranny w/the a wire going into it). There's only one screw to remove, and the oil drains from a HUGE hole. Just make sure the o-ring on the sensor's ok.
