Hanabi Kit Owners

Where did you guys put the ballast at? I don't know where to put it up at....I have the 8000k kit

just keep it away from heat & water. i haven't done mine yet, they are loose.

No doubt, theres plenty of both of those underneath the hood...lol
The last kit was loose all the time...but w/ this one I actually want it to be neat...and put away somewhere safely....

Did u ever install the 6000k set u sold? if so...just put em in the same place

i think the 8,000k ballast is bigger then the 6,000 k.

i used an L bracket, and tiestrapped the ballast to the bracket and mounted the bracket behind the lights.

I also had the 6k kit loose in the engine bay...well tucked away actually. The area is so small, and yes the ballast on the 8k kit is a bit bigger than the 6k ballast.

take off the headlights, there is PLENTY of room under them to screw them and strap them down.

mine are very nicely hidden behind the bumper...which SUX cause one of my lights isn't working right now, weather too ****ty to troubleshoot outside, i know the bulbs fine though
