Is a wheel repairable?
Hi:
One of my rims is off center, it makes the car shake badly, at first I thought it was the tires but I just got them replaced and the car still does this.
The shop says that one of the wheel is bent, and that the cicumference is not perfect any more.
Can I get my rim repaired?
Thanks!

Wheels America will fix rims, do a search for them online
if you simply have scratches they probably can be polished out
good luck

I sold a st of Konig Gt-R's to my siter for her 2001 Altima and just the other day she hit a pothole that bent the right front wheel. I knew that that particular wheel was discontinued but I checked with konig and they sent me to www.treadepot.com for a replacement. I first checked out a local shop that fixes wheels www.rimandwheelworks.com and they charge $100 for 17". I ended up buying a brand new Konig from Treadepot for $135 shiped.
