STS installed, how much tranny fluid?

I just installed a pacesetter STS on my 99 SE-L. I heard you should add Red Line MT-90 tranny fluid. My question is, how much will a 99 SE-L take? (how much should I buy) Thanks in advance.
-Jon

P.S. The pacesetter STS is awsome, i suggest it for any max owner.

Buy 5 quarts. I think it takes 4.25 total. Be sure to get all the old fluid out before putting in the new one.

As for the STS, did you have to shave down the plastic ball that came with it, or did it fit just fine?

ok, thanks...NO, i didn't have to shave the ball down at all, and as far as the heat shield, i just left it off. If it starts causing a problem, i'll put it back on, but i'll have to cut a hole in it for the sts. I also couldn't get the spring back on, so i left it off, doesn't really do anything exept it's a little loose when it's in nuetral, but no big deal...

when purchasing tranny fluid, be sure it's the right weight. Get whatever the manual says. There's talk about our tranny's being finiky and requiring a specific grade/weight.
