Knock Senor and Slow Starting

A few days ago I got a CIL and the it began cranking slow. I checked the codes and it was a crankshaft position sensor (ref). I changed it but the code remains and now I have it and a code for a knock sensor. Does anyone know if a knock sensor will cause slow starting.

Oh, the battery, starter, etc are okay.

Did you reset your ECU after you replaced the sensor?

Yes. I cranked it (still a slow crank) and there was no code. After I cranked it a second time (still slow) the CIL came back on. I check it again and the codes crankshaft position sensor and knock sensor.
