Car Won't Start!!

My car just suddenly died yesterday and will not start. It has ignitor spark but no power to the spark plugs. Our family friend said that it was either of the cam sensors, crank sensor, or ECU problem. I was wondering if you'll had any ideas. Thanks for any help you could provide.

Battery

Have you tried your battery? Check the water and give her a jump. If is just wont start I dont think it's the cam sensor.

One of your crank sensors has failed. Had the same problem with my buddies I30. We had a signal to the ignitors, but no spark. It was the crank sensor by the tranny, not the one on the oil pan (lower pully).

Funny thing was it didn't give us a CEL. Infinity had to put a scan tool on it to see which signal was missing. Tech's told us that if the sensor goes bad while the car is off, sometimes the ECU never records the failure.

As soon as you figure this out I hope you let me know what fixed it. I have the exact same problem. Car wouldn't start yesterday morning and it still sitting there. My battery is brand new. Car turns over and trys to start, but never does.

Got It!

According to my mechanic it took two sensors to fix the problem. A crank sensor and a cam sensor (front I believe). With labor and everything, it was 260 to get it fixed. Thanks for the help.
