lined flex replacements

I'm planning to replace the flex section on my year old budget ypipe. The current one has the bees in can noise. I'm just wondering if budget exhaust sells lined replacements or if the only provider for the lined flex is warpspeed. thanks in advance.

A very good question .. hope someone can answer if not we'll have to call around
i need a new cause mine is shot ..its coming apart inside starting to close in and the pipe has gotten louder and obviously is leaking
to have it repaired by cattman since mine isnt under warranty is $80 and i probly wont have it for 2 weeks so im gonna see if i can just buy one from someone and have it replaced and welded locally

Warpspeed has the 2.5 inch diameter lined flex you need. Last time I checked Budget doesn't even carry them. I did the fix on my Budget mandrel (one of the first ones made) with a lined one from Warpspeed. Its about $50+ a few bucks for shipping.

How'd you know it was leaking? What kinda sounds did you look for? Did you notice any degrades in performance at top end?

You can get flexpipe sections from Dynomax. Go to your local Pep Boys parts counter and ask to see the Dynomax exhaust catalog. Find the flexpipe in the length/diameter that you need, and have them order it up.
