SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATED...need help on install, ASAP!

Hey,

I'm installing those stupid Intelliglow LED's for my gauge clusters, and I am having serious issues with the dash. I downloaded a copy of the instructions for removing your dash from Maximadriver, and I can not figure out which 12mm bolts are holding the steering column up. I think that I did, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a socket wrench, even with an extension up in there b/c of all the wires and other things.

My question is, to anyone who has actually done this, is there an easy/simple way to remove the dash so I can get these LED's installed?

I am doing this as we speak, so a prompt response is greatly appreciated. THANKS!

See my response to your question in my other thread. I used a 10 or 12 inch extension to reach ot. 2 shorter extensions would have worked...

hey man... i've taken my instrument pannel out 2-3 times and i never messed with the steering column. the pannel will come out with a little work... i was a little affraid at first, but the plastic does bend pretty far. just work the top and bottom out evenly until it won't go any further... then just put at the top of the pannel and it will come out. just lower your steering column with the adjustment... there is enough room to get it out. hope this helps.
