Question about wood grain dash
Question about wood grain dash
The wood grain dash in my sisters 98 SE is starting to peal. This is how she described the problem to me.
The very top piece that surrounds the 2 heating vents has two layers that are separating from each other. That piece hasn't lifted yet, but it looks like the clear laminate top layer is pulling away from the plastic wood-looking layer. As a result it looks like a large air bubble has formed under the clear laminate layer. The next piece down that rests in front of the clock has completely separated. The laminate top layer has come apart and sticks up from the plastic wood-looking layer.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can try in order to fix this issue? If pictures would help I can get some.
Thanks for any help
John
