want to fix: cruise control, trunk, chipped spoiler, etc.

I am going to get a new(for me) Max soon, and there are a couple problems with it. Fairly basic, but I don't know a ton about cars:

1) I have a chipped spoiler, about a 1 inch long chip through the paint on the edge of it. Is there anyway I can get this done without having to dish out several hundred for a new spoiler?

2) The cruise control isn't working. The master switch will go on, but when I try to set it, it won't work. I was thinking that it might be a fuse, but I couldn't see any matching fuses on the diagram.

3) The molding in the trunk opening has come off(That cheap @$$ piece of gray plastic), and wondered if there is any way to get a new one.

I'm guessing that the dealer would be able to fix at least two and three, but just want opinions if there is something cheaper(especially on one and two).

do you know if the car was in an accident or something? I'd stay away from it , if that's the case

No, it wasn't. Live close to the person, and have seen that car everyday for the past four years.
