Hey I did this just today. You have to get the fog light kit from Nissan (has all the parts that you need, is reasonably priced(less than 250) AND they come with a warranty. Your going to need some sort of staight razor, power screwdriver and 10 mm rachet. Put some masking tape around the holes where the fog lights will go, screw in the template and cut the plastic out. Next, attach the gasket to the body (this is actually the hardest part because the gasket is VERY reluctant to go around the upper inside turns of the hole and then attach the bracket to the holes that are already in the bumper. Attach the fog light to the power cord that is already taped in the general area and secure with the bolt. Do this for the other one and you are done witht the outside of the car. Next, get under the steering wheel and detach the kick panel and lower part of the the steering wheel collar (a total of like 10 screws. Take out the screws securing the turn signal and replace it with the new turn signal. Replace the kick panel and put in the relay and your done. I did this in 45 minutes with about twenty of those minutes spent trying to put the stupid gasket, which I finally got to loosen up with a hair dryer.

How does it look...On the later models there is a different bumper piece and it looks cool and separated...Does it look like they belong? Can you tell you cut holes in your bumper and placed fogs in or does it look factory? What does the gasket look like?

I got mine for a few bucks less than 250, so lets just call it $250. As for looks, they look completely stock. You need to do a little more shaving than the template tells you to do(to smooth the rough spots in the corners), but the gasket covers the hole that you are putting in the bumper. But like I said before the hardest thing is to get the gasket on, just because its rather hard/stiff and the lip for the opening doesn't open very wide, but very easy on the 'Can I do it myself?' scale. I'll see about pictures tomorrow. My next project? The spoiler of course.
