I need to talk to someone who is very familiar with the front lights. When the lights are on the Cornering light is a little dim. I think this is the way its supposed to be. On one side of my car that dim light is out for some reason BUT when I put on that turn signal the cornering light comes on as it should. So the problem is really when the light are on and I am not turning. Please if someone can tell me how to fix it or how to replace it.

Ok since you didn't post anything about your car I'm going to have to guess. It sounds like you drive a 95/96, so when you turn on your headlights your parkings lights also come on (usually). You say that one side doesn't light up when you turn on the headlights, so it sounds like the bulb burned out one of the filaments. The corner light has 2 filaments on a 95/96; 1 comes on with the headlights, and the other comes on when you flip on the blinker.
Hope that helps.

The bulbs in your corner lights are 1157 type which, are double filament one for a constant on wattage and the other for a brighter wattage which is used for the cornering with the turn signal. The problem you have is most likely due to the fact that the low wattage filament blew of the bulb blew out. If the light is out on one side and on the other side i suggest exchange bulbs between the good side and the bad side to see if the problem still exist in the bad side if it does then the problem lies elsewhere in the wiring. But try switching bulbs first before moving on.
