whats up everyone in the maxima world? im new to the maximas but i must say because of you members and links i found i have already learned alot.formerly a mustang(with 340 horsepower) owner, i am looking to upgrade my maxima know.ive learned so far from you guys that there is 4 parts to the exhaust system y-pipe,cat,b-pipe and muffler.my question is which part of the exhaust can i upgrade yet still be emmisions legal and not void my warranty.more questions to come im sure.

Well i dont know about warranty but you can replace all those and still be emissions legal.

Yeah thats right.

Thats what I heard... you can replace all those parts and pass emissions. Just as long as that car is warmed up there should be no problem passing emissions.
