headlight problem

ok heres whats goin on. I had one headlight that did not work. so i figured it was the bulb. so i went out to buy the imitation hid bulbs. i out them in and now neither of the lights work. i checked all the fuses, at least i think i did, and made sure all the connections worked. what is goin on? there are oem wattage bulbs.
MY BRIGHTS WORK THOUGH

The same thing is happening to me now. The harness that connects to the bulb must have a short. Buy a new harness from Pepboys/Autozone and use the OEM wattage on picking your bulbs.
