White SE gauges.

I want some original white maxima se gauges. I am not into the neon indeglo and that seems to be all I can find in the way of white gauges? I would really like to have the authentic nissan brand out of an SE. But I am not sure if they are removable or not? I have a 1999 GXE. Thanxffff

Yes, the "gauge cluster" is fully removable. You can get them on eBay or your local junkyards....

Long story short:
Search for posts in the last 3 months with my username and the search term "gauge*"

I have OEM SE gauge faces on my GLE cluster. Since you have a 99, you will need the gauges (or gauge faces) from a 97-99 (digital odo). You will also need to use translucent paint or to get the whole gauge cluster w/ needles. Yoyu can swap just the faces to keep your odometer true, or you can swap the whole cluster,. but to be 100% legal you will need an odometer verification statement from the DMV. This can mess up your title, so I would just swap the faces. The othe rgauges you can swap in, no problem. There are tons of writeups; read these and be sure that you want to get into this. It is not hard, but requires preparation and patience...

98+99s have digital Odos.

The 97s are analog.

Very true. It is the Needles, not the ODO, that changed in 97 (95-96 had black/clear needles on the SEs, while 97-99 have orange).
