Weapon R

I am about to order the Weapon R intake. I have read some previous threads about it, but they were old threads. What do you guys think about it. Pros and Cons about it.
Hp gains
Hp losses
Sound ( at idle, just cruisin, floorin it)

i just that the JWT doesn't have a mid pipe. where could i get one from?

Small hp gain, more interior noise than exterior, less low end torque and possibly better gas mileage.

gas mileage

I thought that all intakes give you better gas mileage, due to the fact that you're mixing more air with the fuel.

I heard they were supposed to give better gas mileage, but since I put in my home made intake my foot is heavier, because of the growl when you floor it. So there goes my gas mileage!
I still get 26 mpg highway and about 22 average daily driving.

im guessin since it sucks in more air, the ECU compensates by using up more fuel... hense the lower gas mileage.

I have a stillen hi-flow intake and a custom mid pipe, the horse power gain is decent and I get alittle better gas mileage

I have a weapon r intake. I think its great. you cant hear it untill you're past 5k rpms or so, the gains are same as any other intake with a midpipe.
