I was thinking about taking apart the regular-clear lenses and putting some chrome tape inside to take away that grey color, instead of buying the d.-clear's. Is there any easy way of doing this without breaking the lenses?

 

I'm not too sure actually.........
if use see adhesive or glue between the lens and the housing, a heat gun may work. If no then I wouldn't try it. DC clears are cheap as hell now anyways.......
