I may need to reset ECU

I did my second throttle body clean. The first time I did it, my idle went from 500-700 to about 800-1000. The second I did the TB clean, the idle revs went from 700-900 to 1200-1500. The car is definitely idling rather high. I'm pretty sure I did things right, but I did disconnect the 2 plugs and plugged them back in before starting the car. Do I need to reset my ECU? I need some help to do so. Thanks in advance.
