There is no VQ20... there's a VQ25. Yes it can be had with a VI, no it will not fit the VQ30, the ports are round not oval.

Well actually, there is a VQ20DE engine. I know this because I have driven a Nissan with that engine overseas in Asia. It was a clone of an Infiniti I30 but with a 2.0L VQ six cylinder engine.

They all have variable intakes overseas. But they are probably different sizes for the 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0L engines.

Yeah, there is a VQ20DE...

The Maxima QX from Europe has the 2L VQ standard. The VQ30DE is an option.

During the infamous ROADBEAST saga, he shipped a variable intake to someone here (was it speedtrip?) and it didn't fit. Turned out to be a variable intake for the smaller V6 VQs. The only one that can fit the US maxima VQ30DE has a 38U stamped on the tubing. Mr Cranman, Iansw and maybe Courtesy can get it for you.

Wow a 2.0 V6, thats really small. Not as small as the 1.8 V6 in the Mazda MX3, but pretty tiny. Fact still stands that the VI from it won't work on our VQ here in the states.
