'95 Falling Apart?

I sold my 95 max to my brother-in-law in 2000 with 50K miles. Up to that time I only had to replace one O2 sensor. Since that time he has added another 56k miles and has 106K on the car. Recently he has had to replace the starter, both front wheel boots, knock sensor, the bose radio, sun roof (leaking badly) and now the front bearings are going bad. Is this the norm for the 95?

The 95's are known to have the starter problem. So thats normal.

After 106k and 7 plus years those other repairs sound fairly normal as well.

If he hasn't done so already, in another 10-20k he'll probably need to replace the struts.
