where can i get a quality carbon fiber hood?

i just noticed that someone pushed the very front of my hood in . while i might be able to fix it with a pair of pliers i was wondering if there has been any progress towards aftermarket carbon fiber hoods. why hasn't anyone come up with quality work?

I can't help ya with the carbon fiber hood, but I know that answer to one of your questions... they haven't produced a quality one because they are too concerned with profits...

There were a couple guys claiming back in the summer that they had companies about to produce them. Since then I've heard nothing. Probably just another round of "oh yeah we are for sure going to do _____" and then it never gets done.

I though Cheston was selling some carbon fiber hoods right now. But I think they were in the $600 range. Also I think I saw a group deal going on for carbon fiber hoods so you might want to check that forum also. Holla.

I was heading up a GD for the CF hood... it was going well until the company wanted a grand from me before they would make a hood and I couldnt justify a 1000 hood

I'm still trying to find a way and I WILL get a CF hood in the market just dont know how long its going to take
