simple and stupid coilover question

simple and stupid coilover question
it is stupid question, but i don't want to experiment. When i raise my car back up with coilovers, do I briing the gold spindle up or down to toward the ground???

if you have ground controls, they have the arrows on the gold ring to tell you which direction to turn it.
