Headlights

I just got some PIAA, they are not what i thought they would be. Has anyone looked in the headlight? There is this circle thing in there that blocks the light. Is there any way to remove this? Thanks alot!

You can open up the headlight and remove it. But, it wont really help you.

Get real HIDs if that's the effect you are going for.

PIAA 9004 bulbs are not worth the $$$$$. Go buy a set of Sylvania Extra Visions at K Mart for 14.99. They throw a much bigger and brighter beam across the road.

PIAA H3's on the other hand are sweet!

The circle thing you refer to is what produces the correct beam pattern in your headlights. If you remove it you will no longer have a useable light pattern that you can aim onto the road.

I totally agree the h3's are amazing they have a perfect white light. The 9004's I agree are not as good but they still look better than stock. I would totally recommed the h3's to anyone I love mine!

I loved my PIAA H3's too until one blew out last month. The bulbs were 1 year old when my passenger bulb blew out. I am currently just using a pair of yellow Catz foglight bulbs temporarily.

Anyone have recommendations for BRIGHT white/blue foglight bulbs besides PIAA that will really brighten the road?
