Hi guys, umm does any1 kno why my speedometer gauge doesn't light up anymore? I've had the indiglos in for like months now and as i was driving last nite with the lights on, the speedometer gauge was lit up one minute n then for now reason it just turnedoff so now i can barely see how fast i'm going at night? what is that all about?

isn't there like a bulb down there somewhere? could that be it?

 

Need clarification:
Is the problem the indiglo face not lighting up or is it the light behind the face not working?

If the bulbs in the gauge cluster blew then you wouldn't see the odometer at night. There are two bulbs behind the speedometer.
size 194

If the face isn't lit but you can still see the odometer numbers, then the bulbs are fine and you probably have a loose wire to that face.

 

well i can still see the mileage but i thought that was a seperate bulb or is it 1 for the whole gauge? what do u think?

 

Either way, you'll need to remove the gauge cluster to check/fix the problem. So I'd go stop by autozone and grab a pair of 194 bulbs then go home and take that gauge cluster out and see what's wrong.

I'm thinking its the wire to that specific face that's loose. But it doesn't hurt to replace the bulbs in the back while you're at it.
