Rwd?

did any 95-96 maximas have RWD?
i could have sworn my mothers was rear wheel drive but i have no way of checking because i crashed it. yea thanks

I highly doubt it. I believe only rwd's were 1st gen. Correct me if I'm wrong.

there were maximas, in the 80's that had rwd, 3rd 4th and 5th, and i think 2nd were all fwd.

what are you guys talking about???? my car has been RWD since about 6 months ago. The conversion is in the sticky somewhere. It ran about $2300, the differential was the main cost there. The people who did the conversion were super cool too. They have done a few awd conversions for toyotas corollas in the past so they had enough experience for me. Apprantly they use corrolas alot in some rally competiotions so they had some experiance in the doing the conversions, but those were awd versions. After i learned this i asked them if they could make my car awd, they said no. Something about it affecting the steering and not being able to fit numerous parts so i became content with the rwd.
