Some A**hole hit my today, well "rubbed" up against my car, and before i can get it painted ($500 bucks worth) I wanted to get some touch up paint to help keep it from rusting from the salt and winter weather here in NY. I was looking over at Courtesy Parts for what paint to get, and I checked the Sticker on my Driver side door frame but my 1996 GLE doesn't have it on the sticker like the "How to find my Paint Color" guide says. Well I searched here to see if anyone else had the same problem and still no luck.
Soooo i was wondering if anyone knew what Color paint color # I should use. My 96 GLE's color is that Dark, almost Black, green. I want to say its DEEP EVERGREEN, but im not 100% sure, and i don't want to go putting the wrong paint on the car even if it is eventually going to be painted over with real factory paint.
So if anyone knows what paint to buy, or if anyone knew where else i could find a sticker or marking of the paint color ID # (Like hood, or on one of the quarter panels) I would greatly appreciate it. Cheers

 

go to a NISSAN dealership with your VIN number and ask them.
