Tell me your opinions on the UR UDP

I'm deciding if I should get one or not. I've heard about some controversy about it but I am wondering what those thinl that have one.
So tell me if you like it, the pros and cons you feel about it. If you don't have one there is no need to post.
thank you.

I have one and it does seem to rev up a bit faster after it was installed and made the power feel a bit smoother. I am sure someone will be here shortly to disagree though.

I belive someone dynoed the 2k2 Max with a UDP and saw a 6HP gain at the wheels. I see no reason not to think we would see similer gains on the 4th Gen. 6HP can probably barly be felt but every little bit helps. I would say it is probably a pretty cost effective power mod other than a Y-pipe and intake. There is a UDP available from RVM racing for only $80 shipped and should give the same gains as the UR.

Of all the mods that I have purchased...

UDP wins "Worst Bang For the Buck"

Ypipe(240 shipped) wins "Funest Bang For the Buck"

Greddy Sp($525) wins "Best Drone For the Buck"

New Fuel filter($8) + 1 Bottle Throttle Plate Cleaner($3) is the "Best Bang For the Buck"

i have had mine on for a week or two...and i seem to feel more power all through the powerband. while going along in low rpm it picks up much smoother and stronger then before the UDP. i am going to the track on sunday to see if it lowers my ET. there have been no adverse effects...low idle, dimming accesories, rough idle...etc. it feels exactly the same as before...just a little faster.

If you understand the physics of the UDP you know it helps. To what degree that can never really be determined, but I like mine

hey if it adds 5hp to the wheels for $80 whose to say its bad? I mean we bought intakes for over a hundred bucks and that adds about the same horsepower right
