polarG hyper red 1157

is anyone using the polarG 1157 hyper red bulbs in the parking/brake lights?.. will a hyper red bulb give off a different light effect instead of using a regular 1157 or a hyper white bulb in the red taillight housings?
thank you in advance.

I am using the Polarg hyper red's in my inner and outter rear tails. Makes them look a lot better. Much deeper, redder light at night, still very visible. When the brake lights are on, they almost look neon, very nice look.

Put it this way, when you look at my rear lights next to a Maxima with stock bulbs, the other Max's tails almost look orange.

that is exactly the look i am looking for. i just finally got my R/Cs, so i figured i'd upgrade all the taillamp bulbs. i was going to do LEDs but i hear a lot of bad feedback from them, maybe i'll try a red 194 LED in the rear marker.
thanks again

Nah don't, it will look like a red dot, and not look good. Get the polarG hyper reds at any good performance shop, or just search around online.

Your best bet is to leave the rear corner light empty.
