Actually, some one told me they were Rod Millen

Not Steve Millen. Correct me if I'm wrong. Vapors would know....

There's both...

Rod Millen is Steve's brother.
Rod Millen is the dude who almost always wins the Pike's Peak Hill Climb every year now, and still holds the record at just over 10 min. Rod Millen Motorsports deals with mostly Toyotas, along with a couple Fords and Mazdas.

Rod's son Rhys is the VP of RMM, and is also an excellent racer in his own right. He does the Hill Climb as well. He's used a Supra, an R33 Skyline in 1999, and now a Lancer Evo VI. Rhys is also a pro driver for a lot of auto commercials on tv. SCC said he's the one that does all the drifting for Nissan's commercials. He's plenty cool in my book.hehe

They come on the SMX

They are Rod Millen Progressive Rate Springs with a 1.5" drop. They ride very well couple with my koni adjustables.
Dont know why stillen doesnt offer them for the max. Maybe you can call rod millen and see if you could use them for springs.

How flattering. That is cool!! Well we bought the SMX 1 year ago from a used dealer who really didnt know too much about what was going on. It cost 16k with 40k miles on the car. BTW you can still get the SMX designation on the car through Stillen. I dont know how much it will cost, however I spoke with some of my reps there regarding a possible 3.5 litre nissan maxima in the future if nissan comes out with one. We were wondering if they could do the smx conversion for us. They said no prob. Also the one great thing about the SMX is that it allows us to get full waranty coverage on our car. All the dealers never blink an eye and fix anything wrong with the car. They have even commented about how powerful the car feels with the SC LOL. That is one of the primary reasons we want a new smx if they come with the 3.5 liter. Also praying that they develop it in rear wheel drive(I COULD ONLY DREAM!!)
