Lowered 1.5 inches with the eibachs.
Can they use the factory specs for an alignment?

If you have camber issues, you can try Ingalls Camber Bolts. Thats what i have and they work wonders for handling and tire wear. You might think that lowering the car (and subsequently getting a little bit of negative camber) would help handling, but I have tried all the settings and setting the camber back to factory specs with the Ingalls bolts gives the sharpest steering and the smoothest ride.

I would 100% definatly get an alignment. I had my car aligned when I put on my 17's. Then 2 months later I droped it with Eibachs, it was out of spec when i took it back in for another alignment.
