I can't find it either so don't worry. I think bigdaddy should just buy a bunch and sell it to us.

looks great but isn't that illegal? i understand you don't have reverse lights on that often but don't you need them to pass inspection and blah blah blah avoid being hassled by police?

looks great though!

well, look at passat tail lights, they shine through white, but are red when not on.

there is an obvious spot for the reverse light, but, with a bright enough bulb, i think it may shine through the film white.

what does big daddy have to say about it?

I located the film on a website: https://www.hyatts.com/art/store.php...&itemID=855786

Hope this helps!

Although they want a lot for shipping:$6.20!!!

u can go here http://www.geocities.com/taillightredout/
and email the guy...
he sells them on ebay and i emailed him and he just told me to measure the legnth and width...

heres what he wrote..

You could just give me the lenght and width for each tail light. Don't have to go through ebay unless you want to. But if you just send me the payment through paypal or money order, I will just send it out to you. It'll be faster and it'll save me all the ebay fees.

but im going to measure and ill get back to him and ask how much and ill tell him some other maxima owners are interested

Why did you red out the reverse light as well? The reverse light is white for a reason, to warn people that you are backing up. Ditto for the amber turn signals.

Turn signals don't have to be amber..... they can be red as well. as long as something red or orange is blinking, its cool. Im still wary of no white for the reverse. You would be f!cked for inspection. But besides that, how many cops are going to see you reverse?

I think that might not look good, ricey even. If there is a way either to get a really bright white bulb to go in the reverse light or any way to make the section over the reverse light thinner (less tape for light to go through) it might work.

what i am thinking, is putting cutting thin stripes with non transparent backing behind the red so that it looks all red, but only white shows through when backing up.
