Help...Car throwing codes after battery died

Well heres what happened, i was cleaning out my car and i accidently left the lights on, anyway the battery died and i got a jump start from someone and then after i noticed that my CEL was on. I drove around for about a week to see if it would go away but it didnt. I noticed no changes at all in performance or startups, but when i did the self diagnose i got 0102 MAF, and 0407 crankshaft position sensor?. Did my car get screwed up becasue the battery died?, I know for a fact that the CEL came on as soon as i got the battery jump started so im hoping its nothing, anybody ever had this happen or knows whats up? Thanks!

Have you cleared the codes in the computer to see if the codes come up again?

Sometimes a power surge casues the computer to do strange things
